Customer Service centre
After installing the app, open its built-in Customer Service centre for account-specific questions. This website cannot display or inspect your private account.
A team you can contact
The teenpattimaster team operates this promotional website, is responsible for its product information and provides these routes for questions. No response-time or payment-resolution guarantee is implied.
Choose the right route
Use in-app Customer Service
Open the installed service associated with your account. Look for Help, Support or Customer Service in Profile or Settings; labels vary.
Start with the device message
Check the installation diagnostics. A precise Android message is more useful than a screenshot of an unrelated website.
Email the team
Record the page URL, exact wording and supporting source, then email teenpattimaster@gmail.com.
Separate website and app data
This website does not control documents uploaded to the app. Its actual data flows are described in the privacy notice.
Build a concise issue summary
Runs in this browser. No message is sent, and nothing is saved after reload.
Include evidence relevant to the issue
| Issue | Useful details | Keep out of a general message |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | Device model, Android version, filename and exact installer error. | Unrelated account documents or passwords. |
| Login | Stage of failure, time, error text and masked identifier if support requests it. | OTP or password. |
| Bonus | Campaign terms, date, wallet label and disputed condition. | Full identity or payment details. |
| Payment | Request reference, date, amount and exact status through a recognised support route. | UPI PIN, banking password or remote-access permission. |
| Website wording | Page URL, exact sentence and supporting source. | Private app records unrelated to the correction. |
What happens after preparing a summary
Nothing is submitted automatically. Review the generated template, remove anything private and copy it only to a support route you have independently identified. For an app case, keep the case number returned by the service.
For a website correction, email teenpattimaster@gmail.com or contact @TeenPattiMaste2 on X. You can copy the prepared summary into your own message. Opening a contact link does not automatically submit the summary.
Support-route questions
Can this website check my balance or approve a payment?
No. It has no account access or payment-processing function.
Does the summary tool contact Customer Service?
No. It produces editable preparation text locally in the browser.
Should I give support my OTP or UPI PIN?
Do not include these secrets in a support message. Do not grant remote control to someone offering to release funds.
What if I cannot find the recognised support channel?
Pause before sending private data. A stranger’s message or a similar-looking domain is not enough to establish who receives it.
Email and X links connect you with the teenpattimaster team. App users can also use built-in Customer Service. The local summary tool does not send or store a message.
