Responsible Gaming: Limits, Warning Signs and Help

Teen Patti should remain optional entertainment. If play begins to affect money, sleep, work, mood, or relationships, stop the session and use the practical steps and India support resources below.

Before a session

Set limits while the decision is still calm

A limit chosen after a loss is much harder to follow. Write down the stopping point before opening the app.

Choose a fixed finish time

Use a phone alarm and stop when it rings. Do not extend the session to reach a target result or to recover an earlier loss.

Keep essential funds outside the app

Do not use money reserved for food, rent, education, medical care, loan payments, transport, or household bills.

Play only when clear-headed

Avoid play when angry, distressed, sleep-deprived, under pressure, or affected by alcohol or another substance.

Protect access on shared devices

Use a device lock and payment authentication, turn off saved payment access, and prevent minors from opening the app or viewing account credentials.

Warning signs

Stop if any of these are happening

Chasing

You return quickly, increase activity, or change your limit to recover a loss.

Hiding

You hide time, spending, borrowing, account statements, or game activity from people close to you.

Disruption

Play is affecting sleep, work, study, care responsibilities, mood, or relationships.

Loss of control

You repeatedly break your own limits, borrow money, sell possessions, or feel unable to stop.

Immediate reset

What to do in the next ten minutes

Close the app

Do not make another payment or start another table to change the result.

Remove the trigger

Turn off notifications, remove saved payment access, and place the device away from you.

Ask for an account control

Open Customer Service inside the installed app and ask which cooling-off, restriction, or account-access controls are available.

Tell one trusted person

Share the situation before making another financial decision. If distress continues, contact a mental-health service.

Account restriction or accessRead the support guidance, then use Customer Service inside the installed app to ask about available cooling-off, access, or account controls. Do not share an OTP, UPI PIN, or banking password.

Do not wait for the situation to become severe

Repeated borrowing, hiding activity, inability to stop, or intense distress is enough reason to seek help. This page is practical guidance and does not replace assessment by a qualified mental-health professional.
